The Role
  • Proactively own and manage a portfolio of paying accounts and be their primary sponsor and point of contact at Ziflow.
  • Become an expert on the Ziflow platform, with a deep understanding of our capabilities.
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of Ziflow’s value propositions and connect that knowledge directly to customer ROI.
  • Partake in the initial implementation and onboarding process in collaboration with the Customer Success Manager.
  • Build and identify opportunity signals and drive expansion opportunities through up-sells, cross-sells, etc.
  • Identify renewal risk and (in collaboration with the CSM) define and execute strategy to mitigate risk.
Qualifications Required:
  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS account management experience working with medium and large (enterprise) accounts.
  • Own the full sales cycle, from identifying expansion opportunities, to building the relationships with key stakeholders to negotiation and contracting.
  • Ability to partner with executive leadership teams.
