The Role

Account Managers work to drive value that leads to expansion, renewals and customer satisfaction. You will be dedicated to finding additional opportunities within current client accounts by establishing lasting relationships with key decision makers.

  • Proactively own and manage a portfolio of paying accounts and be their primary sponsor and point of contact at Ziflow.
  • Become an expert on the Ziflow platform, with a deep understanding of our capabilities.
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of Ziflow’s value propositions and connect that knowledge directly to customer ROI.
  • Partake in the initial implementation and onboarding process in collaboration with the Customer Success Manager.
  • Build and identify opportunity signals and drive expansion opportunities through up-sells, cross-sells, etc.
  • Identify renewal risk and (in collaboration with the CSM) define and execute strategy to mitigate risk.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success team to help maximize client use, value, and satisfaction of our platform
Your profile:
  • Trusted Advisor: You are a master at building rapport and developing genuine relationships; from the front line up to executive leadership teams.  You are interested in your customers’ business, their challenges and growth opportunities, and what it will take to help get them to the next level.  Whether it be over the phone, through an online screenshare, in person, or by email, you are an excellent communicator and your customers rely on you as a trusted advisor. 
  • A History of Success:  You’ve got a proven history of success working and growing your book of business with medium and large enterprise accounts in the B2B SaaS space for 3+ years.  Experience In marketing or with martech is a plus.  You are comfortable owning the full sales cycle from identifying expansion opportunities to negotiating, closing business and creating a sense of urgency

Committed: In managing your day, in working with your clients, you name it.  You’ll be expected to manage your day as though it was your own business. You'll be expected to be on the phones, demo the software, help customers purchase, manage your pipeline, work in our CRM tools, and much more.  Expect to be busy!
