The Role

This Customer Success Manager will join the growing Customer Success & Account Management Team that owns, nurtures, and grows relationships with Ziflow customers. As a Customer Success Manager, you are the face of Ziflow and help them get the most out of the platform. You will own the customer experience, and driven to deliver an exceptional experience and results for our clients. 

You will work closely with our sales and management teams to deliver a high quality customer success service. You will have a deep understanding of the Ziflow product, the online proofing market generally and knowledge of creative processes. You will lead implementation of the Ziflow product to our customers. You will work closely with our Support team to deliver high quality support and help documentation.

  • You’re eager to learn: You have at least 2 to 5 years of customer success experience including 2+ years of closing experience marketing technologies
Responsibilities Include
  • Own the customer experience to create an exceptional experience and build evangelists from Ziflow customers
  • Provide a world-class onboarding and implementation experience to ensure new customers are set up for success
  • Ensure retention of these customers and continued adoption and usage of Ziflow
  • Be the voice of the customer and advocate for your customers’ needs
  • Be the go-to resource for our customers as a thought leader for online proofing and creative review and approval
  • Regularly meet with customers to build relationships and ensure continued success
  • Create and maintain customer success plans, outline customer’s creative workflows, and train new users and groups
  • Build product awareness and manage customer expectations as Ziflow continues to rapidly evolve
