This Customer Success Manager will join the growing Customer Success & Account Management Team that owns, nurtures, and grows relationships with Ziflow customers. As a Customer Success Manager, you are the face of Ziflow and help them get the most out of the platform. You will own the customer experience, and driven to deliver an exceptional experience and results for our clients.
You will work closely with our sales and management teams to deliver a high quality customer success service. You will have a deep understanding of the Ziflow product, the online proofing market generally and knowledge of creative processes. You will lead implementation of the Ziflow product to our customers. You will work closely with our Support team to deliver high quality support and help documentation.
