This is an excellent opportunity to join this award winning business during an exciting period of growth. You will be working for Finance Team and your typical duties (not limited to) will include:

  • Activating accounts for new subscribers to Ziflow
  • Carrying out any customer requests to upgrade/downgrade/cancel accounts
  • Reviewing financial aspects in contracts to ensure billing is in line with agreed contracts
  • Calculating amounts to be invoiced to customers 
  • Generate manual invoices where appropriate
  • Reviewing client accounts and following up  on overdue invoices 
  • Responding to customer and internal queries
Skills Required
  • Good working knowledge of English
  • Attention to details and accuracy in daily work
  • Numeracy
  • Ability to adapt to new systems
  • Good command of working with spreadsheets - Excel and Google Sheets
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proactive approach with client-focused attitude 
  • Great time management and organisational ability.
  • Basic accounting knowledge
