Account owner and users with billing administrator rights have access to the account “Billing” settings, where billing details, subscription settings, invoicing and current usage for the account is available.


Billing settings can be opened by going to the “Manage account” under your profile avatar. Once you are in the account management screen go choose “Billing” tab located on the left side of your screen.

Billing settings are divided into 4 parts:

  1. Edition details - provides information about your current subscription. You may click highlighted “Change” button in order to upgrade your edition or increase amount of the users.
  2. Current usage - lets you know how many users are invited to the Ziflow and how much work they did during the current billing cycle. Please take a look in Checking my used Storage, Proof and User Count  for more information.
  3. Payment details - allows to add or edit provided credit card and billing details.
  4. Billing history -  the billing history allows you to track payments on your Ziflow account and download invoices which have been issued either monthly or yearly depending on your billing cycle which was selected during your account setup. More details in regards to downloading invoices.
