Next Proof to Review in the Ziflow Viewer

Reviewers will be presented with remaining assets to review after working on a currently viewed project.

Updated over a week ago

The Next Proof to Review feature allows you to see all the proofs you have to review in one place. Even if you are a multi-account user, you can see all the proofs from all the accounts waiting for your input together.

Available for: Every registered user on all Ziflow editions.

How to enable the Next proof to review?

This feature is enabled on all accounts by default. You can find it in Settings > Proofing Settings > Proof Viewer:

When Proofs to review is enabled on the account, it will be visible to every user in the Proof Viewer. If you don't want to use this feature, you can change this for yourself by going to Proof Viewer settings in the Proof Viewer:

How to use Next proof to review?

Using this feature is really simple. In the Proof Viewer menu, you will see the Proofs to review option that will also display the number of proofs you have to review in red. When you click on it, the popup with the list of proofs will appear. Are you afraid the list will be too long, and it will take ages before you find the proof you want to check next? Don't worry. You can sort the proofs by the date they were created and their due date. You can view only the late proofs, or you can simply use a search option:

Another big advantage of this feature is that it will show you the list of the proofs that need your attention after you decide or complete the review on the proof you are currently working on. You can then move to another proof from the popup that will appear for you just after finishing your review.

Please note that locked and archived proofs are not included in the next-to-review proof list.
