FAQ: Where do I get the Proof or Flow ID?
Summary: If you log a support ticket regarding a specific proof or flow which is causing you problems then Ziflow support may ask you for the ID of the proof or the flow to help aid us troubleshoot your issue. Below we explain where to find and how to extract the ID information.
The proofing ID can be found by:
- Find the proof that is causing you a problem in the “Proof list” and select “View Details” from the contextual menu.
- Now you will see the “Summary” page where you can click on the “Show” button highlighted below and then “Copy” button so that you can easily paste the ID in-to your support ticket.
