The Role
Ziflow has an immediate opening for a Marketing Campaign Specialist. The role reports directly to the Demand Generation Manager. This is an excellent position for someone who wants to manage and execute on the marketing department’s paid programs.
About the Perfect Candidate
  • You are SaaS through and through: You have at least three years of work experience in B2B SaaS marketing. 
  • You are data driven: You are comfortable managing multiple marketing channels and meticulously track campaign performance. You are able to account for every dollar spent and report on the return of each program.
  • The details matter to you: You are the analytical person in your friend group that catches every miscue in a movie or commercial. The details very much matter to you not only in tracking performance but also in presentation.
  • Strong business acumen. You are able to recognize when something is “off” and present a solution to correct it. You understand the moving parts of a business and your contribution to the broader picture.
  • You are flexible and adaptable: Working in an early stage company means that things change, and can change quickly. You are adaptable and comfortable with new ideas. 
  • You’re comfortable self-managing: Once a project or campaign has been scoped out, you’re comfortable running with the ball and working across your team and the company to execute. 
  • You’re a Google Adwords expert: You understand the chaos that is Google Adwords and other similar PPC platforms. You are able to not only optimize for leads but for down-funnel performance.
  • You are a team player: You like to work with lots of different people, especially salespeople. You understand what they need and can help them fulfil their goals.
Primary Responsibilities

We’re a startup, which means there’s always lots to do. At a minimum, your primary responsibilities will include: 

  • Own the Ziflow paid programs budget spanning from - search engine marketing (SEM), content syndication, trade shows, paid social, display ads and other experimental channels.
  • Work with the demand generation team to measure the pipeline output of each program you manage; often time resulting in ad-hoc reporting in addition to standardized weekly reporting.
  • Contribute to the marketing operations efforts in Hubspot and Salesforce.
  • Work with product marketing to ensure all campaigns are on brand and on message
  • Analyze and optimize campaigns consistently to maximize revenue
  • Respond quickly to changes in digital marketing trends and updates
Qualifications Required
  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS paid channel campaign experience, especially Google Adwords
  • Proven business and analytical skills to conduct market analysis and develop and execute go-to-market plans
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
  • Detail and deadline oriented
  • Bachelor’s Degree or work experience equivalent  
  • Bonus points for experience with ‘marketing to creative teams’
