Accountability, accessibility, and automation — for the last few months, enhancing these three pillars of the platform have been the ultimate driving force at Ziflow. When you round-up all of our product releases in the Autumn of 2022, you’ll see the meticulous improvements made to Ziflow that give greater control over the creative process for teams of all sizes. Let’s dive in!
Meeting regulatory standards on creative assets is just as important as producing quality creative work. Ziflow’s new electronic signatures feature helps teams easily demonstrate compliance with the FDA’s 21 CFR part 11 recordkeeping requirements.
Teams can now stipulate that review and approval decisions must contain an electronic signature in Ziflow. They can also view a full list of electronically signed assets in the proof activity log for complete visibility and auditing.
Review bottlenecks can occur when relevant reviewers and stakeholders aren’t included on proofs or informed of content changes. With our new proof subscriptions feature. creatives can ensure that every reviewer has access to the right content without the extra step of creating an individual user profile.
This self-serve feature empowers reviewers to subscribe to proofs and follow content progress from start to finish and stay up-to-date with all comments, version changes, and more.
Ziflow users can now share proofs for review, and with one click, outside reviewers can subscribe to the proof to remain up-to-date without needing the proof owner to add them manually. As long as your reviewer has the public link to the proof, they can stay connected to that project and keep up with any changes or approvals—and an email verification step helps ensure that subscribers to your proof are who they say they are.
We’ve launched a new feature that will give your stakeholders the ability to review multiple rich media assets all in one proof.
Viewing multiple rich media elements into one asset within a proof is the ideal way to gather feedback about a single project with similar designs but spread across a wide range of sizes and formats. Reviewers can easily compare different sizes and resolutions—and offer feedback and approval—on only one, a few, or all of the assets in a single window.
Once the changes are made, the ultimate decision maker can put their “approved” stamp on the entire campaign, increasing the speed at which you can leverage these exciting ad formats and get those highly interactive banners in front of your attention-strapped audiences.
New enhancements to Ziflow’s Proof Viewer give creative collaborators and stakeholders more options for navigating, annotating, and participating in the design process.
