We’re happy to announce that our April 2019 release has now gone live. New features include folder sharing with internal team members, Decision Checklists (Reasons), additional Automated Workflow triggers and more proof triggers with Zibots. We’ve also made user interface and experience improvements to make it easier to see the progress of each reviewer. Read on to learn more!
Our March 2019 product release is now live and as you can expect from the product team by now, it’s jammed full of great features like trusted (partner) accounts, new proof triggers and a Webhook Zibot to connect Ziflow with your other apps, decision label customization, proof quality enhancements using vector text and paragraph text selection.
Ease of use is the single most important "feature" within (and throughout) Ziflow. Nowhere is this more important than when it comes to soliciting and collecting feedback. When you consider that all Ziflow accounts come with unlimited reviewers (both internal and external to your organization), it's easy to see how the feedback process could get out of hand.
This month's product enhancements include the ability to label & resolve comments (also known as actions on comments), search for text in a proof, export proofs to CSV and many more.
Once you’ve decided it’s time to invest in an online proofing solution for your creative marketing team, you’ll then need to evaluate and compare the different available solutions. To help you through this process, we’ve put together this checklist which you can use to compare different proofing solutions and decide which one is right for you.
Our first product release of 2019 is the culmination of several months of hard work by our development team and includes a variety of new features to help teams of all sizes to leverage online proofing to manage their review and approval processes.
In the spirit of continuous innovation, our product team brought forward the release of some enhancements and new features, scheduled for January, to today. Now that’s a reason to be cheerful as we move into the final few weeks of 2018.
There’s still plenty to be thankful for today and we’re not just talking about the endless leftovers awaiting you for lunch and dinner for the next two weeks. We’ve also got a great lineup of new additions to Ziflow to be thankful for.
As with our last few releases, we continue to solve the complex online proofing challenges that our customers have to deal with. This release includes unique enhancements throughout the product that gives busy marketers and agency teams more options to tailor Ziflow to their review and approval process.
One of the consistent development themes across our last few releases has been the idea of customer-customization; the ability to customize the online proofing process via automated workflow, custom domains, private comments and account level settings & defaults to name a few examples.
Published June 7, 2018. Our most recent product release - available today - continues our theme of helping marketing teams & agencies obtain feedback on all their proofs as fast and efficiently as possible by expanding the file types supported in addition to some really powerful ways to help deliver your creative projects.
It’s release day here at Ziflow! As we’ve covered on the blog before, the first few releases since our October launch were focused on the core online proofing use cases, a well as performance and scalability.
March was a very busy month for the Ziflow product development team. Today’s release includes several new capabilities, each aimed at helping marketing teams deliver their creative projects faster and more efficiently every day. Large, distributed teams, should especially take note of today’s release as we’re making it even easier for agencies and brands to adopt online proofing as a replacement to emails, printouts and sticky-notes as a means of providing feedback on creative content.
Let’s take a look at a few of the highlights in this month’s release.
One of the most frequently requested features since launch, Automated Workflow, delivers a great new addition for teams with multi-stage review processes. If your review and approval process spans multiple teams inside or outside of your organization, you can now create a workflow to automate the proof routing.
After spending over 10 years building online proofing systems, and even more before that spent building software for marketing teams and agencies, Mat and I have been asked time and again what makes us different from other applications and, even though there’s a lot we can talk about, we always come back to focus and quality.
In this blog post, I’d like to talk about quality, and in particular PDF processing for review and approval. This also applies to other Adobe file formats being processed for review, such as AI and PSD files.
As we’ve written about before, our aim here at Ziflow is to focus on solving a specific customer problem - the chaotic business process of content review and approval - and doing that better than anyone else. However, that won’t stop us from helping our customers execute more complex processes, of which online proofing is a key component.
