Yes. Ziflow’s automated workflows let you build sequential or parallel review stages, and a downstream stage can be set to start only once the previous stage is approved. Within a stage, you decide whether every reviewer needs to weigh in or whether a single decision is enough to move things forward, and comment-only reviewers are kept separate from decision-makers. Enterprise accounts can also require decision reasons, add electronic signatures, and use checklists so the right checks happen before anyone hits approve.

Yes. Satellite accounts let you manage multiple Ziflow accounts from a single login, and trusted accounts create a secure relationship between separate accounts so you can add people from a partner agency or client to proofs without giving them access to your workspace. Administrators can also restrict proof sharing to users in their own account and trusted accounts only.
