Disabling Inactive User Profiles
Ensuring that only active reviewers are accessing your Ziflow account is often necessary for security and rotating user management. We’ve now added an account setting option that allows you to automatically disable users who haven’t logged in or accessed a proof in Ziflow after a set period of time, such as 30-120 days.
Creating Post-Decision Messages
For many content types and projects, it's often helpful to include additional instructions or context for reviewers after they've completed certain decisions. For example, you may want to indicate when an approved design will be added to production, note when when requested changes will be implemented into a new version and next steps, or include standard policies or security information to collaborators. We’ve now made it possible to configure a message that can be shown to reviewers after they’ve submitted a decision on a proof.
5 New Supported Languages
To assist Ziflow users and reviewers around the globe, we’ve now expanded the number of supported languages within Ziflow. In addition to English, Ziflow can now be used in:
- Chinese (Simplified)
- French
- German
- Japanese
- Portuguese (Brazilian).
Account administrators may set a default language, and every individual user and reviewer can also choose the language they prefer to use when working with and collaborating on proofs.
These new capabilities are live in the product now. Current customers and those on 14-day trials can start taking advantage of them right away.
