Ziflow Connect: Append/replace workflows

There are times that approval workflows may change midstream based on comments made by a group or team members (for example, if legal sign-off is required.) Creative teams need workflows that are malleable and can automatically adjust to new review factors. 

That’s why we’re introducing the new Zibot that can append to or replace workflows! Now, customers can create automation logic that will append or replace a specific workflow if a change or action occurs–no manual assistance required.

Create website and rich media proofs via Intake Forms

Media files and content come in an array of formats, beyond  static images and video. If you’re designing a banner ad for a client, or revamping their website, forcing them to submit still images as proofs can be cumbersome and prone to errors. 

We’ve expanded the types of media creatives can submit via Intake Forms. Ziflow’s Intake Forms now handle the submission of live websites and rich media files, in addition to static and video files. Simply add the content as you would a static asset using the form, and Ziflow handles the rest.

Ability to create website proofs on intake forms in Ziflow

Group incoming assets upon proof creation

Efficient creative work starts with correct asset allocation and organization. For instance, you may receive or create several variations of an asset–say, one ad that has been translated into several languages–that may all need to be handled slightly differently. Creating separate proofs and folders for each ad variation can be a major time drain. 

Enter Ziflow’s asset grouping option.

Now, you can easily create different proofs with different folders/workflow/properties from a single Intake Form submission. Our updated “Create Proof” Zibot enables you to easily manage and sort incoming assets across folders and specify when separate proofs should be created for groups of assets. 

This new capability will save significant time for teams that are manually uploading multiple assets. Create new batch review proofs based on a file name, type, and more!

Copy comments now available on more plans

Maintaining the accuracy and visibility of feedback across evolving creative assets is a must for creative teams working quickly to implement changes. Empowering reviewers to copy comments between different versions of assets ensures nothing is lost in the shuffle. A clear, documented comment history gives all stakeholders peace of mind.

That’s why we’ve also expanded the ability to copy specific comments between versions while in compare mode to users on Starter and Business plans.
