How Just Eat uses Ziflow to streamline localization and automate creative review

Just Eat Takeaway is a leading global food delivery platform. Their global studio team delivers on-brand creative assets for marketing and brand initiatives across the entire business. Before Ziflow, project managers and operations staff had to hunt for feedback across different communication channels depending on the stakeholder. There was no single source of truth for where a project stood or who had weighed in.

For a team that localizes campaigns across dozens of markets, Ziflow’s compare mode is a standout. Localization project managers can place an English reference next to the localized version to check whether translations have been implemented correctly. That side-by-side view is, in Charlotte’s words, a “huge benefit.”
Charlotte also built automations connecting Ziflow to Jira. When a proof is uploaded, the status in Jira updates automatically. When a proof moves through internal approval, Jira reflects that too. At every step, stakeholders know what’s happening without anyone having to manually update a ticket.

She uses one word to describe Ziflow: Agile. Charlotte points to both the platform itself and the experience of working with Ziflow’s team. Whenever she’s had feedback or questions, the answers come quickly, and the product team has actively helped configure solutions that work for their specific process.
