Rachel Larsen, senior project manager at The View Pro, deals with this every day. The View Pro started in 2017 as a boutique rendering studio and has grown to over 50 people worldwide, serving some of the biggest names in real estate. They produce everything from 3D floor plans to cinematic animation walkthroughs, and their renderings are so realistic clients sometimes can’t tell them from photographs.
Before Ziflow, feedback arrived via PowerPoints, Google Docs, Adobe markups, and emails. Clients would say things like “change this to blue” without specifying which blue out of hundreds of shades. The team constantly had to schedule calls to clarify edits, and they frequently went over their two-round editing limit because not all stakeholders had weighed in initially.
Ziflow gave The View Pro accountability, decision-maker tracking, and the ability to see who has opened a draft. If a stakeholder hasn’t looked at the proof, the team can follow up proactively instead of discovering the gap after edits are submitted.
The attachment feature turned out to be especially valuable. In an industry where construction changes happen constantly and clients need to swap rugs, light fixtures, and finishes mid-project, being able to attach reference images directly to comments is far more effective than describing changes in text.
Video review was another revelation. The View Pro creates cinematic animations, and giving timestamped feedback on video used to require scheduling a call every single time. Ziflow’s frame-specific commenting eliminated those calls entirely.

Rachel chose “streamline” as her one word to describe Ziflow. Ziflow has taken the guesswork out of how clients provide edits, which is more than half of the entire project process. She also describes the experience as “collaborative,” with Ziflow driving ongoing discussions between the production team and clients.
“I really couldn’t imagine right now us being successful and having the volume of projects that we have now without Ziflow.”
