The Role
As an Account Executive at Ziflow, you aren't just selling a tool; you are architecting the future of creative production. You will be the primary point of contact for Creative Ops leaders at world-class brands and agencies who are coming to us to solve one thing: Creative Friction. With a robust inbound engine fueling 95% of your pipeline, your success won't be measured by how many doors you knock on, but by how expertly you lead diverse stakeholders through a sophisticated discovery and closing process. You will manage a healthy mix of Mid-Market and Enterprise deals, alongside high-volume agency partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consultative Closing: Manage a high-velocity, high-quality inbound pipeline.
- The "Workflow Doctor": Conduct deep-dive discovery with Creative Ops leaders to map bottlenecks and demonstrate how Ziflow integrates with their existing stack (Adobe, Monday.com, Asana, etc.).
- Navigate Complexity: Lead multi-stakeholder deals, moving fluidly between a Producer’s need for speed and an IT Director’s need for security.
- Full-Cycle Ownership: Own the journey — from initial qualification and customized demos to procurement, legal, and the final signature.
- Product Mastery: Become a Ziflow Certified Expert, building and demonstrating automated workflows that solve real-world creative bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- 2 – 4+ Years of SaaS Closing Experience: Proven track record in a Mid-Market or Enterprise environment.
- The Creative Ops Dialect: Experience selling MarTech, PM tools, or creative software is a massive plus.
- High "Sales EQ": Ability to build instant rapport and identify the "pain behind the pain" in an inbound environment.

- Organizational Mastery: Effortlessly pivot between $20k agency deals and six-figure enterprise contracts.
- Tech Literacy: Proficiency in Salesforce, Gong, and Google Workspace (G Suite).
