Our latest product release is now live. Highlights for this release include new folder sharing and Smart Filter options. Read on to learn more!

New Folder Sharing Enhancements 

We've continued to build upon on our most recent releases by adding even more fine-grained control over folder-level permissions. With this release, we've updated the "View all proofs" and "View and Manage all proofs" options to include all proof versions, not just the latest version.  

Please note: this new functionality impacts existing folder recipients under the previous permission scheme. Upon release, those with "View all proofs" and "View and Manage all proofs" will have access to all proof versions in the respective folders.

New Smart Filter Options

We've added several new options to our Smart Filter capability. It's now possible to create a Smart Filter by source. For example, you can filter proofs created by: 

  • Ziflow direct upload
  • Zibot Intake Form
  • Zibot Google Drive storage
  • Zibot Dropbox storage

These new capabilities are live in the product now. Current customers and those on 14-day trials can start taking advantage of them right away.
