Product Release: New comment filtering, integrations, and user options bring even more organized collaboration

For creative teams that need to work quickly and across a high volume of assets, being able to navigate instantly to the right information is key for productivity. 

Our latest product release features bring even more powerful filtering to comments, workflows, user information and more to streamline review and approval. We’re also continuing to expand our integrations to include more options for using Ziflow with your project management tools.

Filtering by Liked Comments 

One of our most popular feature requests is now live! We’ve added a new filter that enables proof reviewers to filter liked comments. Now, reviewers can easily sort a list of all liked comments and immediately see comments that require further action.

Microsoft Teams integration

Using creative collaboration software in tandem with communication tools keeps work moving alongside content iterations. 

We’ve now added another communication platform to our Ziflow Connect ecosystem with the addition of a new Ziflow integration for Microsoft teams.

With our new Microsoft Teams integration, users can now extend their Ziflow creative collaboration operations directly into Microsoft Teams. Users can automatically post messages or create channels in Microsoft Teams for new proofs, comments, decisions, and more to keep their team up to date with the tools they're already using.

Change the company name for any user

Due to the collaborative nature of review, users added to your Ziflow account may be members of many different organizations. Keeping user information accurate and associated with the right company forms the backbone of proper review and security.

Now, Ziflow administrators can change the company name associated with any user in their Ziflow. Previously, the company name could only be changed for guest users.

Updated copy comment button

We’ve made it even easier to copy comments from one version to another. Now, when a reviewer entersenter compare mode, the copy comment button is visible directly on a proof’s comment list.

Precision video scrubbing

Accuracy is critical when reviewing video content. To leave actionable feedback and leave comments, reviewers need to be able to easily navigate to exact time frames on a video playback timeline. 

Our new precision video scrubbing feature improves the accuracy of adding feedback to video frames. Now, reviewers can hold the SHIFT button to navigate/scroll to an exact frame while pausing the video playback, allowing reviewers to fine-tune exactly when a comment should start and finish.

Workflow templates now ordered by name

We’ve made it easier than ever to organize, find and apply the most relevant workflow for your creative collaboration projects. Now, workflow templates are ordered alphabetically by name instead of the order in which they were created.
